Steering Committee

The Steering Committee of each local Fellowship brings together Jewish young professionals from across the spectrum to create a local engine of innovation, helping local Jewish social entrepreneurs grow their world-changing ideas to create massive impact.

16-24 socially-minded young adult volunteers are recruited to contribute their talents, experience, and passion for social change to determine the vision and execute the mission of the Fellowship. Steering Committee Members take ownership over:

• Recruiting and selecting the Fellows
• Marketing and communicating the Fellowship, the fellows, and their ventures to the community
• Recruiting and matching coaches and mapping venture development opportunities
• Recruiting and matching the mentors and case study teachers
• Planning and executing the final event, Launch Night

Each Steering Committee Member joins a team (Admissions, Marketing, Networking, or Venture Development) and is equipped with a detailed work plan outlining their responsibilities.
