| Mentorship |
Mentors are a core island of stability in the Fellows' experiences. Mentors commit to meeting (in person or by phone/web conference) with a Fellow a over the course of the program's 6 weeks to serve as a role model and provide practical advice and wisdom as these social entrepreneurs seek to launch their ventures. |
| Coaches |
A Coach is a sounding board (and hopefully an advocate!) for their matched-Fellow and assists him/her with the venture throughout the 6 week program. A Coach can either have industry-specific experience, an exemplary skill-set, or general knowledge with an inquisitive and creative approach to problem solving. |
| Skillbuilders |
Skillbuilders are masters of execution - individuals who have started their own ventures and are around to tell the tale. These influential businesspeople, educators, consultants, entrepreneurs, and more teach our Fellows through case-studies - reflecting on the skills they needed to build their ventures, and providing honesty and inspiration to our Fellows by recapping their journeys. |
