Mendy Yang

Mendy Yang is an assessment intern at PresenTense. She is a rising sophomore at Yale University and is interested in pursuing a double major in Economics and Chinese. At PT, Mendy hopes to gain more experience in business, specifically in management and entrepreneurship. This summer, she is here with the International Bulldogs program, a 10-week summer internship program that sends Yalies all over the world. It is her first time in Israel and she is thoroughly enjoying meeting all the people, learning about the culture and rich traditions, and eating all of the delicious food. Mendy is excited to be working with PT this summer to create social change in the world. Throughout high school and college, she has spent many hours volunteering at everything from soup kitchens to nursing homes to elementary schools. She has also taken on various positions to lead, manage, and coordinate both organizations and events because she believes that the best way to participate in anything is to get fully involved and invested in it. Her passion and lifelong dream is to travel the world as well as be able to change it for the better, in one way or another. She feels fortunate to be able to take an important step towards that goal by interning with PresenTense this summer.
