For organizations looking to create a more innovative culture in the digital age, PresenTense will deliver a customized curriculum in three four-hour seminars—Finding and Sharing Vision, Strategic Environmental Scanning and Digital Tools Boot-camp—which will provide the building blocks for developing a new internal program or process, positioning it within the field and establishing an online presence. Price: $5,000

3: PTSchool Consulting II 

Following Consulting I, PresenTense will deliver a customized curriculum in three four-hour seminars—Prototyping and Assessment, Pitching and Networking and Fundraising Boot-camp. These workshops enable professionals to align their program implementation with their customer needs and to connect with potential partners and investors in the field. Price: $5,000

4: Community Entrepreneur 

For organizations seeking to identify new ideas in the field pertaining to their mission as well as new entrepreneurial talent to recruit into its ranks, a ‘chair’ sponsorship can provide a low-cost way to inspire innovation. A sponsorship supports one entrepreneur in developing a venture through the New York CEP* and connects this individual with your key staff in order to develop a relationship that can lead far beyond the CEP itself. Price: $9,000

5: Organizational Intrepreneur 

For organizations that possess a high-potential staff member with innovative ideas, sponsoring an intrapreneur seat in the CEP can provide a low-cost, low-risk way to effect change from within. The intrapreneur would be a full participant in the CEP* and your organization would benefit from two PresenTense workshops with key staff in order to enable your intrapreneur to become a renewal agent within the organization. Price: $15,000

6: Problem-Solving Contest and Solution Acceleration 

If your organization has a particular challenge it is trying to solve, and has been unable to arrive at an effective solution, PresenTense can capitalize on its broad network to invite entrepreneurs network-wide to submit proposals that may address the challenges identified. The winner, chosen by your organization, would be provided with $10,000 of seed capital to prototype the solution, in addition to training in a PresenTense CEP to oversee the development process. Price: $20,000

7: Community Entrepreneur Partnership Cluster 

The CEP Cluster is a powerful tool for organizations and foundations interested in pursuing an evolutionary jump in their impact through developing new approaches to existing challenges and identifying and eventually acquiring top talent. Your organization, together with PresenTense, would co-select three entrepreneurs with ventures relevant to your mission to be awarded seats in its New York CEP* and to participate in monthly conversations with your organization’s key staff. Price: $24,000

8: Community Intrepreneur Partnership Cluster 

For organizations looking to cultivate an internal team of innovators, PresenTense will award three spots in its New York CEP* for staff to enable them to develop new programs or systems, and for your organization to seed an internal culture of R&D and leadership development. Your organization will also be awarded a CEP observer seat for a manager in addition to two workshops with key staff to enable the intrapreneurs to become renewal agents. Price: $45,000

9: Full Community Entrepreneur Partnership Fellowship 

PresenTense will adapt the CEP to craft a full fellowship program operating in a metropolitan center or remotely, for 12 entre- and intrapreneurs dedicated to your organization’s mission. In addition to the fellows, this program will ultimately engage several hundred volunteers and community members as mentors, coaches, trainers, and event participants.
